Thursday, October 19: Grace Lutheran Church, Lexington, MO ~ 7:00 p.m. hymn festival
Friday, October 20: Hope Lutheran Church, St. Louis, MO ~ 7:00 p.m. hymn festival
Sunday, October 22: St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Concordia, MO ~ 8 and 10:30 a.m. worship
Youth Music Tour (YMT) is St. John’s annual hymn festival tour involving 7th-12th grade musicians of our church and school. We pack up our voices and instruments, hop on a charter bus, and visit churches throughout the upper midwest each spring. Previous tours have taken us to Minneapolis (2011), Chicago (2012), St. Louis (2013), Denver (2014 and 2022), southeast Missouri (2015), Dallas (2016), Black Hills (2016), Minnesota/Wisconsin (2017), Iowa/Illinois/Missouri (2018), Colorado/New Mexico (2019), and Milwaukee (2021). Youth musicians from Heartland Lutheran High School (Grand Island) and Trinity Academy (Seward) have also participated along with the St. John students.
